IMPORTANT NOTES

1. If you have made an enquiry, but do not wish to proceed to make a booking, PLEASE email us as soon as possible to say you are no longer interested. If we do not receive replies to our emails within 5 days, we will assume that your enquiry is withdrawn.
2. Each rental constitutes an agreement solely between the renters and the property owner. Private Caribbean Vacation Rentals acts merely as an intermediary introduction service, and is discharged by all parties from any and all resposibility for loss, damage, injury, litigation or dissatisfaction of any party arising from the vacation rental, or from related publicity or information material, whatever its origin.
3. Each individual owner will have his own specific conditions regarding cancellation fees, payment dates and modalities, times for checkin/checkout, key collection, inventory control and breakage deposits. Renters and owners must ensure they are all aware of and accept said policies before the booking is completed.
4. The registration fee paid to Private Caribbean Vacation Rentals can never be the subject of rebate or refund in whole or in part. Registrations are only taken on the basis of acceptance of above conditions, and adherence to our guidelines for making a booking.
