2. Check availability of your first choice dates by using the reservations calendars where available, or by sending us an email.
3. Send us the full details of your request by email , specifying your preferred arrival and departure dates , property reference number, number of adults and children in your party, and number of bedrooms required. Rentals are always for your exclusive use of the whole property.
4. We email you reconfirmation of the above, and the total cost.
5. You email us acceptance of the above. Even if you decide not to accept our proposal, PLEASE e-mail us as soon as possible with your decision.
6. We email you a proforma, confirm payment details for your booking and block off your vacation dates at the chosen property.
7. You send us payment of the registration fee within 7 calendar days. If no payment is received within this period, your booking will be considered void, and the dates requested opened up again for sale.
8. We email you a receipt and booking confirmation number.
9. The property owner contacts you to introduce themselves, reconfirms details of your booking, and the due dates and modality of remaining payments.
